On July 5, 2021, Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) completed a restructuring of North West Redwater Refinery in Sturgeon County Alberta. The transaction included a bond issuance, amendment of its senior secured credit facilities and consent solicitation from existing bonds.
CNRL is an independent crude oil and natural gas exploration, development and production company based in Calgary, Alberta.
