On October 20, 2015, Entertainment One Ltd., the FTSE 250 international entertainment group, announced the successful completion of a fully underwritten 4 for 9 rights issue to raise £200 million. The funds will be used to acquire 70 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of Astley Baker Davies Limited, the BAFTA award-winning UK based creator and producer of Peppa Pig, that jointly holds the ownership rights to Peppa Pig with eOne.
