In May 2021, Alternative Capital Group Inc. (ACG) completed a transaction to become the majority shareholder in Kaloom, a Quebec-based company that has developed innovative computing solutions, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale networking, analytics and AI-based solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
