On August 27, 2019, TeraXion finalized its succession plan with support from BDC Capital (Canada) and CIBC by restructuring its share capital and organization. The restructuring will provide TeraXion with access to a quality growth partnership as well as providing employees with opportunities for growth. This new partner agreement with BDC Capital and CIBC will reinvigorate the energy and resources that TeraXion needs to leverage in order to seize the opportunities ahead.
