Quinn earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Law. During law school, Quinn was Co-President of the Black Law Students’ Association of Manitoba and the Senior Assistant Editor of the Banking & Finance Law Review. She was also a member of the winning team at the 18th Annual Julius Alexander Issac Moot.
