Ainsley is an associate in Osler’s Disputes group. She maintains a general civil and commercial litigation practice.
Ainsley received her J.D. from Western University in 2023, where she was the recipient of the Dean of Law Scholarship and J.S.D Tory Award for legal writing. Ainsley served as Editor-in-Chief of the Western Journal of Legal Studies and held a research position with Professor Wade Wright working on the Constitutional Law of Canada treatise. Prior to law school, Ainsley obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Brescia University College at Western, where she graduated as the gold medalist.
Ainsley joined the firm as a summer student in 2022 and completed her articles with the firm in 2023-2024. Prior to returning to the firm as an associate, Ainsley served as a judicial law clerk at the Federal Court of Appeal in 2024-2025.
