Alexandre Perron is an associate in the Emerging and High Growth Companies Group of our Montréal office.
His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, and corporate governance.
Alexandre holds a B.C.L./J.D. from McGill University’s Faculty of Law. He also earned a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management, with specializations in Information Systems, Finance, and Computer Science.
Prior to joining Osler, Alexandre worked at another large national business law firm as a private M&A lawyer and also worked in consulting as a technology consultant for a large Canadian professional services firm.
Alexandre sits on the Board of Directors of the Compass Legal Information Clinic and is a member of the Sales and Partnerships Committee of the CHUM Foundation, thereby supporting innovation and research in the healthcare sector.
