Ashley is a Junior Corporate Paralegal in the Corporate Services Department of our Montréal office, who specializes in Québec corporate registrations and compliance requirements.

She joined Osler in 2024 and primarily assists with registering new entities, filing annual declarations and updating corporate information with the Registraire des entreprises du Québec (REQ). Ashley also assists with various types of corporate searches, provides corporate history reports, handles requests for certificates of good standing and works alongside the Senior and Intermediate Corporate Paralegals to assist with a variety of compliance and transactional work.

Detail-oriented and organized, Ashley ensures filings meet statutory deadlines and comply with Québec corporate legislation. With a growing knowledge of corporate governance, Ashley is building strong skills in record-keeping, document preparation, and supporting day-to-day compliance needs for a variety of clients and business entities.
