Chris is an associate in the Emerging and High Growth Companies Group of our Montréal office. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in venture capital and growth capital, emerging and high growth companies, private equity and mergers and acquisitions.
Chris began his legal career at a prestigious national law firm in Beijing, where he gained a unique insight into the dynamic evolution of business transactions, emerging technologies and cross-border collaborations. This experience naturally inspired him to further his legal studies in Canada, broadening his expertise.
