Christian is an associate in the Disputes group of our Vancouver office. He advises clients on a wide range of both commercial litigation and insolvency matters.
In his commercial litigation practice, Christian represents clients involved in litigation, mediation, and other complex negotiations and disputes. His most notable experience includes contract dispute, class action defence, regulatory, fraud, and privacy matters. In his insolvency practice, Christian frequently advises corporate debtors, creditors, and court-appointed officers on complex restructurings, receiverships, and bankruptcies. In both practice areas, Christian has appeared and argued before all levels of court in British Columbia.
Christian draws on his strong business background to understand complex commercial issues, then provide clients with thoughtful, efficient, business-oriented advice. Before practicing law, Christian obtained a finance degree at the University of Western Ontario and worked for several years at a boutique analytics consulting firm.
