As counsel for Osler’s Financial Services Group in our Calgary office, Christina’s practice is focused on a variety of complex financing transactions.

Christina has extensive experience working with lenders and borrowers in both national and cross-border syndicated and bilateral debt financing transactions, including ESG loans, asset-based lending transactions, project finance, acquisition financings, real estate financing, convertible debt and inter-creditor matters. She also assists clients with distressed loans and DIP financings.

Prior to joining Osler, Christina worked at a major international law firm.
