Cindy Dormoy is the Senior Director, Client & Business Development, in Osler’s Montréal office. She leads strategic client and market initiatives focused on the growth and positioning of the Montréal office in Québec.
She works closely with the Montréal office leadership, partners and practice groups to support business development strategy, client growth and enhance competitive positioning. She also plays a key role in market recognition and profile-raising initiatives for the office.
Cindy collaborates with national teams to ensure strategic alignment and to strengthen client relationships across the firm.
