Hannah is an associate in Osler’s Corporate group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters.
Hannah completed her JD/MBA at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. Prior to law school, she worked in project management at a leading Canadian entertainment company.
Hannah joined the firm as a summer student in 2022 and completed her articles with the firm in 2024.
