Irene Park is an Intermediate Corporate Paralegal in the Corporate Services Department of our Montréal office.

She has been specializing in corporate law since 2021 and joined Osler in 2026. With her solid experience, Irene helps clients maintain accurate and transparent records and ensures compliance. She prepares various documents for corporations and partnerships, including registration statements and documents related to formation, amendment, extension, merger, dissolution, and reorganization.

Before joining Osler, Irene worked as a paralegal at another business law firm in Montréal.
