Katherine is an associate in the Disputes Group of our Vancouver office. She completed her J.D. at the Peter A. Allard School of Law. During law school, Katherine participated in the Wilson Moot and served in executive positions for the Allard Law Women’s Caucus and the Allard Intellectual Property Club.
Prior to law school, Katherine obtained her B.Sc. with Distinction from the University of British Columbia, where she majored in Cognitive Systems.
Before joining Osler, Katherine was a summer student at a boutique intellectual property firm and clerked for the Honourable Justice Richard F. Southcott of the Federal Court.
