Katy’s results-oriented style consistently delivers successful results for her clients. Her significant experience in representing clients at trial and hearings enables her to offer guidance to employers in a manner that often resolves issues before they result in litigation.

Prior to joining Osler, Katy was a partner at another law firm where she assisted clients across various industries with their labour and employment needs. Her experience here included appearing at all employment related tribunals and courts in British Columbia and assisting with complex business transactions.
