Mamie McGinn is a Resource Lawyer at Osler Works – Transactional, where she supports the Emerging and High Growth Companies group.
Her work focuses on corporate reorganizations, share and asset purchase transactions, corporate records analysis, due diligence reviews, and preparing the full suite of documentation required to complete complex transactions.
She earned her J.D. from Dalhousie University as a Schulich Scholar, recognized for leadership and community service. While in law school, she participated in the Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot and provided legal support to community members through a Legal Aid clinic.
Before law school, Mamie worked in corporate services at a regional firm—Atlantic Canada’s largest—where she later returned to complete her articles before joining Osler.
