Matthew is an associate in Osler’s corporate practice group. Matthew’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Osler, Matthew was an associate at another leading Canadian corporate law firm. Matthew earned his J.D. from Western University and his H.B.A from Ivey Business School.
