Molly is an associate in the Regulatory, Indigenous and Environmental Group of our Calgary office. She has assisted on matters before the Canada Energy Regulator, Alberta Energy Regulator, Alberta Utilities Commission, and the Land and Property Rights Tribunal. Molly has previously represented and advised clients on major project applications, toll proceedings, environmental and decommissioning liabilities, and regulatory matters in various acquisitions.

Prior to joining Osler:
- Advised on the regulatory aspects of the acquisitions and associated financing of multiple renewable projects in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
- Participated in a toll proceeding before the Canada Energy Regulator.
- Advised on regulatory considerations in the acquisition, sale, and management of contaminated sites in Alberta.
- Represented producer on regulatory, environmental and Aboriginal law matters before the Alberta Energy Regulator, including major project submissions.
- Participated in multi-year decommissioning application and hearing before the Alberta Utilities Commission.
