Robyn Graham is an associate in the Disputes Group. Robyn’s national litigation practice focuses on indigenous, environmental and regulatory matters, as well as complex corporate-commercial disputes in the energy and natural resources sectors.
Robyn has extensive experience representing clients in class actions, construction litigation, domestic and international arbitrations, appeals, and judicial reviews of administrative and tribunal decisions. She has appeared before courts across Canada, including the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the British Columbia Supreme Court, the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench, and the Federal Court of Canada.
Prior to joining Osler, Robyn served as in-house legal counsel to the Nisga’a Lisims Government, where she advised on a wide range of governance, regulatory, and litigation matters. She also developed significant civil litigation experience at leading Alberta litigation firms, where she acted on high-profile and complex disputes.

- Advising on and defending against consumer protection class action relating to natural health products.
- Successfully appealing an application for summary dismissal of a professional negligence action based on a limitations argument.
- Successfully advancing a judicial review of a stay issued by an Umpire of an Employment Standards officers’ vacation-pay award.
- Successfully defending at trial against a professional negligence claim related to failed construction of a straw-bale building.
- Successfully advancing a claim for wrongful dismissal at trial.
- Successfully advancing a claim for contribution and indemnity related to contractual damages for a construction dispute at trial.
- Advising on and successfully advancing various appeals to the Edmonton Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
- Advising on and defending against a breach of contract and negligence claim relating to operations of a pipeline gathering system.
