Thomas Neville

Thomas is an Associate in the National Tax Group in the Calgary office. His practise focuses primarily on assisting clients with corporate income tax issues, including tax disputes and tax planning.

He advises on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, restructurings, divestitures, equity issuance, and financings for both Canadian and international clients, including private equity firms, tax-exempt entities, and public and private entities. 

He has been involved in tax disputes from the audit and appeals stage to the Supreme Court of Canada in sectors such as banking, agriculture, real estate, energy, private equity and emerging technology.

Outside of his practice, Thomas contributes to the community through participation in Osler’s pro-bono projects.
