Alannah is completing her J.D. at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Ethics, Society and Law (ES&L) from the University of Toronto, where she graduated with high distinction. Alannah worked as an Associate Search Consultant at an executive search firm in Vancouver specializing in technology industries.
In law school, Alannah volunteered as a Court Support Worker with the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic and served as a Senior Editor for the Journal of Law and Equality. Most recently, she participated in the Mergers and Acquisitions Litigation Externship in association with Torys LLP. Alannah also worked as a Research Assistant at the Faculty of Law, where she wrote on the foundational principles, concepts, and rules of property law in Canada.
While at Osler, Alannah will be working with the Commercial, Employment and Labour, and Pensions and Benefits groups. Alannah will also be spending one month away from the firm to assist Rainbow Railroad with research on complementary pathways to safety for internally displaced persons.
