Andrew obtained his J.D. and B.C.L. from McGill University and his B.A. in International Relations from Mount Allison University. He studied abroad at the University of Strasbourg in Strasbourg, France and at Fudan University in Shanghai, China.

Andrew was a summer law student in the Civil Litigation Section of the Department of Justice in Ottawa and a legal intern at the Cambodian League for the Promotion and Defense of Human Rights in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. During law school, he was the Executive Managing Editor of the McGill Journal of Law and Health and participated in several moot court competitions, including the Gale Cup Moot. After winning the Canadian National Negotiation Competition in 2019, Andrew and his partner placed third out of 28 teams from 26 countries at the International Negotiation Competition in Tokyo, Japan.

While at Osler, Andrew will be working with our Litigation, Competition, Antitrust and Foreign Investment, Privacy, and Health groups.
