Brad is an associate in Osler’s corporate practice group. Brad’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Osler, Brad graduated with a JD/MBA from the University of Windsor and an HBA from Ivey Business School.

Brad joined Osler as a summer student in 2018, completed his articles with the firm in 2019-2020 and returned as an associate in 2020.
