Catherine is cross-appointed to the Insolvency & Restructuring and the Disputes Departments.
Her practice primarily focuses on restructuring and insolvency, in addition to corporate and commercial disputes. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Université de Montréal, where she was named to the Dean’s Honour List for academic excellence, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from McGill University.
During her studies, she articled at the Superior Court of Québec with the Honourable David R. Collier and the Honourable Christian Immer.
Prior to joining Osler’s team, Catherine worked in the Special Loans Group of a Canadian bank.
