Dave practices corporate and commercial law, focusing primarily on the areas of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, debtor/creditor law and secured transactions. He has experience representing debtor corporations, lenders and court officers in complex national and cross-border restructurings and insolvencies.

Dave completed his articles with the firm in 2013 and subsequently joined the firm’s Insolvency & Restructuring Group. Dave also practiced corporate and securities law at another leading firm, prior to rejoining Osler in 2019.
