Jacob is an associate in our Emerging & High Growth Companies Group in the Calgary office and focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance in the technology industry. He works extensively with start-up and early stage technology companies and venture capital investors on incorporation and organization matters, corporate governance and general corporate matters, commercial arrangements, early and growth stage venture capital and private equity financing arrangements and exit transactions including strategic acquisitions and initial public offerings.
