Komil is a member of the Privacy and Data Management practice group.
Her practice focuses on a wide range of privacy, data management and cybersecurity matters including privacy, anti-spam and consumer protection regulatory compliance; online and mobile marketing; responding to data breaches; assisting with investigations by privacy regulatory authorities; privacy issues in mergers and acquisitions; and drafting privacy policies, practices and procedures.
Komil also has experience in other areas of federal regulatory law which include intellectual property, marketing and advertising, competition and international trade law.
