Marie-Laure is a member of the litigation group in the Montreal office. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of administrative law, consumer law, class actions, access to information, privacy, and contractual and extra-contractual liability.

Marie-Laure obtained an integrated Bachelor of Civil Law and Common Law from McGill University with a major in Human Rights and International Development.

During her studies, Marie-Laure was involved as a supervisor at the McGill University Legal Information Clinic. She also worked at the Centre for Legal Pluralism and Human Rights before becoming an undergraduate student representative on the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Osler, Marie-Laure was an associate at another major Montreal business law firm.
