Marleigh is an associate in our Litigation Group. She maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice, with a focus on regulatory and environmental law, and insolvency and restructuring.

Marleigh graduated from the J.D. program at Osgoode Hall. At Osgoode, Marleigh worked as a research assistant for Justice Lorne Sossin of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in his previous position as dean, and as a dean’s fellow for Professor Craig Scott.  She was also a member of the Mediation Clinic Intensive Program and participated in both the Laskin and Wilson moots. Prior to law school, she obtained her Honours B.A. in Psychology and Criminology from Western University, which included an exchange at Bond University in Queensland, Australia.

Marleigh joined Osler as a summer student in 2018 and completed her articles with the firm in 2019-2020.
