Natasha is an associate in Osler's Real Estate Group in Montréal. She regularly negotiates commercial leases for both tenants and landlords in the retail and franchising sectors. Natasha also advises the firm's clients in a variety of real estate transactions including the purchase and sale and financing of real estate. In addition, she provides real estate expertise in the context of major merger and acquisition transactions. She has previous experience in notary law and in the management of a start-up company.
Natasha holds an integrated Bachelor of Civil and Common Law degree and a Bachelor of International Development with a minor in Theatre from McGill University. At the Faculty of Law, Natasha was a teaching assistant for both the Legal Advocacy and Property Law courses. Throughout her degree, she contributed to the Legal Information Clinic at McGill, the Center for Research Action on Race Relations, and Pro Bono Students Canada.
