Nick is an associate in our Corporate Group’s Executive Compensation practice. His practice focuses on executive compensation, employee benefits and employment law issues.

Prior to joining Osler, Nick was an associate at a leading pension, benefits, and executive compensation boutique where he gained significant experience advising employers on incentive compensation plans and tax issues related to compensation and benefits.  He also regularly advised public and private sector clients on governance and compliance issues relating to their pension and other benefit plans, and on the pension and benefits aspects of corporate transactions and insolvencies.    

Nick obtained his J.D. from Queen’s University.  During law school, he attended an exchange at the University of Hong Kong where he studied financial markets and corporate governance.  He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with specializations in accounting and organizational behavior from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
