Nicole is a Securities Paralegal in Osler’s Corporate & Securities Group with more than 15 years of experience. Nicole provides assistance to lawyers in a variety of securities-related transactions, including private placements, financings, reorganizations, exchange listings and public offerings. She also conducts due diligence and minute book reviews. In addition, she assists with all aspects of shareholder meetings and ongoing compliance, continuous disclosure and regulatory filings for TSX and TSX Venture Exchange issuers. Nicole is also experiences in preparing and filing exempt distribution reports, insider reports and early warning reports and is a SEDAR and SEDI filing agent.
