Rohan is an associate in our Litigation Group. He regularly advises clients on individual and class litigation involving breach of contract, misrepresentation and fraud, negligence especially in the context of product liability, oppression, enforcement of foreign judgments and letters rogatory, and privacy breaches. Rohan is also developing an international arbitration practice and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has appeared in the Ontario Superior Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal, although he has also advised on matters involving the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador and British Columbia.
Alongside his practice, Rohan is actively involved in pro bono matters and community outreach. He volunteers as Duty Counsel with Pro Bono Ontario and mentors students in high school and law school.
Rohan holds an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was also educated in the UK and US. His writing has been published in the Canadian Class Action Review and he has been cited in the media. Rohan can read intermediate French and has lived in Canada, the UK, the US, India, and Singapore.
