Rohan is an associate in our Litigation Group. He regularly advises clients on individual and class litigation involving breach of contract, breach of trust, unjust enrichment, misrepresentation, product liability, oppression, and enforcement of foreign judgments and letters rogatory. Rohan is also developing an international arbitration practice. He has appeared before the Superior Court and advised clients on appellate matters.
Alongside his practice, Rohan is actively involved in pro bono work and community outreach. He volunteers as Duty Counsel with Pro Bono Ontario, mentors students in high school and law school, and is often invited to speak at events about mentorship and diversity and inclusion in the profession.
Rohan holds an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was also educated in the UK and US. His writing has been published in the Canadian Class Action Review and he has been cited in the media. Rohan can read intermediate French and has lived in Canada, the UK, the US, India, and Singapore.
