Samuel is an associate in the Corporate group of our Montréal office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, strategic business transactions and commercial matters. He advises clients from various industries and sizes, including private equity funds, emerging and high-growth companies, multinationals corporations, listed issuers, as well as technology, mining, telecommunications, manufacturing, energy and pharmaceutical businesses. Samuel also advises buyers and sellers in local and international M&A transactions and acts for private equity and venture capital funds in connection with their investments. He also works with emerging companies advising them on a wide variety of corporate matters, including financing, corporate reorganizations and governance.
