Sierra has completed her second year of the JD program at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to attending law school, she obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences with a Certificate in International Studies from Queen’s University. While at Queen’s, Sierra participated in a semester abroad at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and completed the Interdisciplinary Studies in Global Health and Disability Program at the Bader International Study Centre in England.
At law school, Sierra volunteers at Downtown Legal Services, where she assists low-income Torontonians with family law disputes. She is also the President of the Women & the Law Society and volunteers with the Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund. Prior to joining Osler, Sierra worked as a Research Assistant with the University of Toronto International Reproductive and Sexual Health Law Program.
