Simon Laughlin

Simon Laughlin

Simon is an associate in Osler’s Real Estate group. He joined Osler as a summer student in 2022 and completed his articles with the firm in 2024. Simon has worked on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including financing, commercial leasing, and the acquisition and disposition of real property.

Simon completed his J.D. at Queen’s University. During law school, Simon worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Joshua Karton and an intern with the Department of Justice. He represented Queen’s at the John H. Jackson International Trade Moot, competed in the 2022 Grand Moot, and received course prizes in Constitutional Law and International Economic Law. Simon also competed on the varsity rugby team and was recognized as an OUA Academic All-Star.
