Sophie is an associate in the litigation department of our Montréal office. Her practice covers all aspects of civil and commercial litigation.
Sophie holds a bachelor's degree in civil law from the University of Sherbrooke, a juris doctor in common law from Queen's University and a master degree in international business law from Queen Mary University of London. During her studies, Sophie acted as a student-clerk for Justice Chantal Lamarche of the Superior Court of Montreal and participated in a research project on damage awards in international commercial arbitration in collaboration with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). She also represented Queen’s University in the Laskin national moot court competition and worked in the legal affairs and conformity department of a Canadian bank.
Prior to joining the firm, Sophie practiced litigation at a major international law firm specializing in professional liability and insurance law.
