Tatum completed his JD at the Allard School of Law at UBC, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University.
While in law school, Tatum was an Access to Justice Tech Fellow, and founded the Allard Tax Law Club and the Allard Legal Tech Club. He also volunteered with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, and represented Allard at the Bowman Tax Moot.
Prior to law school, Tatum worked in legal technology and as a hockey coach and referee.
