Thomas is an associate in Osler’s tax group. His practise focuses primarily on assisting clients with corporate income tax issues, including tax disputes and tax planning. He has been involved in tax litigation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and advises on both domestic and international tax matters.
