On May 29, 2026, Baylin Technologies announced that it had completed the previously announced acquisition of Sweden-based Kaelus for a purchase price of approximately 285 million SEK (Swedish krona), or approximately C$42 million.

Kaelus is a global provider of wireless infrastructure antenna and radio frequency equipment.
