Neil is an associate in Osler’s Corporate Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and other complex corporate transactions. In addition to transactional work, Neil also advises clients on corporate governance, general corporate and securities law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Neil was an associate at another leading corporate law firm. Neil completed his J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, Neil obtained his Bachelor of Science, Western Scholars Honors Specialization in Biology with Distinction from the University of Western Ontario.
