Osler is proud to announce that Keith Marlowe, KC, has become a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only honorary society established to reflect the new face of the American bar.

Membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of 1% of American lawyers. Fellows are selected and invited into Fellowship after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, as well as ethical reputation. The number of full Fellowships has been kept at an exclusive limit, allowing qualifications, diversity and inclusion to align effectively. Fellows are generally at the partner or shareholder level or are independent practitioners with 12 or more years of experience.

Keith is a nationally recognized veteran litigator whose broad practice focuses on corporate disputes, class actions, construction and infrastructure litigation and insurance coverage matters. Experienced in both courtroom advocacy and arbitration, he regularly acts in complex cases before Canadian courts and arbitration panels.

Keith has appeared as lead counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada and courts in Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Manitoba and Ontario, as well as before courts in New York and Texas. Licensed to practise in multiple jurisdictions, including Alberta, Ontario, New York, Massachusetts, Washington, D.C., and England and Wales, Keith brings a diverse perspective to his legal practice.
