Osler is pleased to welcome Keith Marlowe, KC, to the firm’s Disputes group as a partner based in Calgary.

Keith is a veteran litigator whose broad practice focuses on corporate and commercial disputes, including cross-border disputes and class actions. Seasoned in both courtroom advocacy and arbitration, he advises clients in the infrastructure, construction, insurance and other industries.

Called to the bar in Alberta, Ontario, New York, Washington, D.C., Massachusetts and England and Wales, Keith has appeared as lead counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada and other courts across Canada, New York and Texas.

Keith was designated King’s Counsel in 2022. He serves as Chair of the Legal Archives Society of Alberta and as an advisory board member of the Dual JD program at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy.
