Osler is proud to be named “National Firm of the Year: Canada” at the 2025 International Financial Law Review (IFLR) Americas Awards. The awards, held on May 14, honour the leading law firms, lawyers and in-house teams working on the most innovative cross-border deals. The awards also recognize legal innovation and showcase transactions that break new legal ground, set precedents and develop the legal environment for cross-border corporate finance.

The National Firm of the Year award recognizes the firm with the overall best track record in 2024 in giving local legal advice on the most innovative cross-border deals across all award practice areas.

Osler was also recognized for our work on Citibank and Royal Bank of Canada Canadian-dollar floating-rate CMBS, which was named the Structured Finance & Securitization, Deal of the Year.
