On April 15, 2021, Aceto, a global provider of specialty materials in the life sciences and advanced technology markets, announced its acquisition of A&C, a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) manufacturer specializing in providing pharmaceutical ingredients to the global life sciences industry. The acquisition drives Aceto’s growth strategy by increasing its GMP manufacturing, packaging and ingredients offerings and will allow Aceto to provide its customers with greater access to materials used in the cell culture, vaccine and biopharmaceutical industries. The transaction will also allow Aceto to expand its footprint in North America.
