On December 8, 2020, Andrew Peller Ltd completed the refinancing of its $350 million syndicated credit facilities with the Bank of Montreal acting as the Administrative Agent. 

Andrew Peller Ltd is a leading producer and marketer of wines in Canada. Focused on its wineries in British Columbia, Ontario and Nova Scotia, the company markets wines produced from grapes grown in Canada and from vineyards around the world.
