On June 30, 2021, Bank of Montreal announced a $10 million credit facility agreement with Royal Canadian Mortgage Investment Corporation and a $5 million credit facility agreement with Royal Canadian 1st Mortgage Investment Corporation.

The Bank of Montreal is a Canadian multinational investment bank and financial services company.

Royal Canadian Mortgage Investment Corporation provides stable and secure cash distributions from its direct and indirect investments in Mortgage loans in its target market segments.
