On July 17, 2025, AWAKE Chocolate announced that it closed an $8-million investment round. This consisted of a $5-million contribution from Btomorrow Ventures and $3 million from BDC Capital.

Btomorrow Ventures is a London-based venture capital and private equity firm focused on investments in health and wellness, science, sustainability, technology and functional product companies.
