Mihnea is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies practice in Toronto. His practice focuses on representing early and growth stage companies as well as a range of venture capital and strategic investors. Mihnea advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.
He holds a Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, Faculty of Law and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. While attending Queen’s University, Faculty of Law, Mihnea obtained a number of awards for academic excellence, including the Queen’s Law Prize in Securities Regulation. Mihnea also obtained a certificate in International Business Law from the Bader International Study Centre at Herstmonceux Castle in the United Kingdom.
